Amazing (if Spiderman allows me to use this epithet)!!!

Movie: 
Ice Age: Continental Drift

This was a very funny movie. Much much better than the Madagascar movie we saw a month earlier. I really recommend it. Of course, it's always the rodent who in charge of his nut wreaks havoc in the planet.

Kids and parents will like it!

Amazing... duh! It's even in their title

The Amazing Spider-Man

This is a great movie. Not only was technically spectacular (3D + IMAX) but also this time the story and the characters all seemed to flow well in the story. I enjoyed it very much and I will probably watch it again and again in the future.

Don't listen to others...

Don't (always) listen to others. That's what the movie is perhaps about. Just follow your heart, or just follow your curiosity, your guts, etc., and see where that will lead you.

It was a good movie. Not great, but not bad either.

It's interesting that the actor who plays the seemingly (but not really) crazy guy, is also on the movie People Like Us.

Good special effects, good special effects, good special effects....

Prometheus

No matter how much I want to write a good review for a movie that I have seen for free in a pre-screening, this might not be easy here. The movie has great special effects, and that was not just me saying it, but other movie goers in the same thither gave the same, and only, comment.

Great for the old and for the young!

Movie: 
Rock of Ages

This is a movie that allows you to dream of being a rock star. To me, that was a mix of a musical genre like Grease (singers in separate places singing at the same time, and boy meets girl, or girl meets boy, whichever way you want to look at it).

Tom Cruise played a good role in Stacee Jaxx, but I think I would have loved to see John Travolta there as this would have reminded me even more of Grease. This said, this is a rock and roll movie, not Grease.

Hilarious! A must see movie for a good laugh... I think it beats Bridesmaids and The Hangover!

I have not had as much fun watching a movie in a long while. Adam Sandler and his cast of misfits are absolutely crazy. I loved it and will definitely see it again

It's great, it's French, but then it's good for an American audience!!!!

The Intouchables

I have to begin saying that I speak French, although this is not my native language. Although the movie was in French, the plot and the characters act in a way that it is so easy to forget that you are watching a movie in French. People a the screening laughed constantly, enjoying the movie as if it was made in America.

The French language was very clearly spoken, and it covers all levels of society, which is great for you if you want a review of your French in two hours (or whatever the time the movie lasted since I did not realize the duration).
