Carano is a bad-ass and her character Mallory is indestructible in this film. I thought it was going to take a sci-fi turn and it would be revealed she was part Cyborg!

I'm loving this whole female action hero thing, first Angelina in Salt, then Zoe in Columbiana and now Gina in Haywire. But not one of these movies has a very smart, tight script. Salt being the best of the three. I'm not even going to try to decipher the plot of Haywire, it's really just there as set dressing. This movie is about butt-kicking and fun, tongue-in-cheek performances by Michael Douglas and Antonio Banderas.

Haywire started off with action, I thought it was going to be good. It sucked told ever one I know not to watch it. I know and love movies and this was a waste of money.

I like movies with women action heros too, since my husband wants to see action movies most of the time, but this movie was just okay. Could have been better.

Well, let's say this... I am glad I did not have to pay to see this movie. The acting was poorly done. More acting lessons would be GOOD! There was a lot of action, but the story was kind of confusing. The movie was like a first time producer, director, etc that was experimenting with film and music. Sorry, I was very disappointed. If you want to $1 Rental would be good, if you really want to see it.
